To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Parallel Web Studio (IE Denys Matsepliuk) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code developed by Parallel Web Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership rights are transferred to the Client as per the specific project agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Batumi, Georgia.
