Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Parallel Web Studio, we value our customers’ satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our services.

1. Web Development and Design Services

1.1. Service-Based Work: Web development and design projects are billed based on milestones or a flat fee.

1.2. Non-Refundable Deposits: Any initial deposit or «down payment» made to start a project is non-refundable, as it covers the initial resource allocation and planning phase.

1.3. Completed Work: Once a project milestone is approved by the Client or the final project is delivered, no refunds will be issued for that portion of the work.

2. Hosting Services

2.1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund on hosting service fees if the cancellation request is made within the first 30 days of the initial purchase.

2.2. Exceptions: The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

Domain name registrations (once a domain is registered, it cannot be «returned»).
Administrative fees or setup fees.
Accounts suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

2.3. Pro-rated Refunds: After the initial 30-day period, no refunds are provided for hosting services unless otherwise specified in a separate service level agreement (SLA).

3. Domain Names

Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are final and non-refundable. Once a domain is processed through the registrar, the ownership is locked for the registered period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at [email protected].

Your request must include your full name, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/etc.) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

5. Cancellation of Services

5.1. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time through your client area or by notifying us via email.

5.2. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all data associated with the service may be permanently deleted.
